dbmt appointed by RSA Group
Following a competitive pitch process during July and August involving 12 agencies, dbmt has been awarded a three-year contract to deliver travel-based incentive programmes for RSA’s top performers around the globe. The RSA Platinum Club rewards employees from the insurance group's UK and worldwide offices who are nominated for upholding the company's key brand beliefs and values.
As part of the contract, dbmt will organise two trips scheduled for May/June next year for a VIP group of 34 senior managers and directors including their partners, and a separate larger group of 154 staff from all levels of the business, also including partners. We are currently working with RSA to finalise the destinations for both trips, which will be a four night programme for the VIP group and 3 nights for the larger group. Previous Platinum Club destinations have included Beijing and South Africa for the VIP group, and Marrakech and New York for the second tier.
Orlagh Hunt, RSA group HR Director said: "We felt dbmt excelled at creating unique itineraries, and was able to capture a fun yet meaningful way of introducing a CSR element, which is a new but significant addition to the programme this year.
