Delegate Management

From the first to the last point of contact, we believe in delivering a smooth and seamless experience for your event delegates, by taking all of the organisational stress off their shoulders.

Pre-event, we set up dedicated event phone lines and provide secure on-line registration supported by branded e mail and website communication. Our experience means we can think ahead and answer most of their questions before they've even thought of them.

And our work doesn't stop once we get them to the event. We'll then get them to the right place at the right time, wearing the right clothes and make sure they don't get the sea bass for lunch if they're allergic to fish. And if they have any spare time, we'll even provide a concierge service to arrange additional activities and experiences.

And we're still there once they get back. We'll guide them through the post event survey which will provide the feedback needed to assess whether the event has delivered against your objectives and exceeded their expectations.

Finally, we like to be able leave people with lasting photographic or video memories of the event and provide the ability to stay in touch with the other delegates through a combination of on and offline communications.

Then we just look forward to seeing them again the next time.
