From the annual conference for the whole company to the quarterly off-site meeting for the directors, the logistics of planning and organising an event can be daunting, stressful and time-consuming; but not for us.
We're happy to take all the hassle and confusion off your hands by finding the right venue; handling all the negotiations; preparing timelines; allocating the programme budget and managing all the delegate registration, communications and travel arrangements. Actually, with our logistical skills and meticulous attention to detail, we really quite enjoy it.
Not only that, we can also design a theme; manage the set build, production and audio visual elements; devise breakout and team building sessions and provide an on-site event management team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
All you have to do is turn up (we'll make sure that happens too!)
